  • Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed returns.

  • Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

  1. Condition of Returned Items

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their *original condition* meaning:

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration from the original listing.

  • Original tags and packaging are included and intact.

  • Items that are not returned in original condition may be subject to a partial refund or may be deemed ineligible for return.

  • If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your item for the refund to be processed.
